  • • OCC247 is an International Company focused on Customer Services. With offices in France, Belgium, the US, and Peru; we are looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative to represent an IA arbitration and legal company.
  • • You will be joining our team in Peru!

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable person to join our client's sales team as a Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will possess a global mindset, demonstrate good judgment, and exhibit a strong sense of initiative. You should be resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges independently, and possess a solid understanding of the SaaS sales landscape. While not mandatory, a background in law would be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • • A grounded and open-minded approach, with the ability to work well in diverse teams.
  • • Demonstrated good judgment and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • • Previous experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
  • • A background in law or legal education would be considered a plus.

Furniture needed for home office:

  • • At least an i3 processor
  • • At least 8 gig Ram
  • • Windows 10 or higher (Mac is not supported)
  • • USB Headset with mic
  • • Good internet connection and speed

  • • Conduct sales activities primarily in Spanish and English-speaking, effectively communicating the value proposition of a SaaS solutions.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.

Job information:

  • • Salary the first 3 months: S/.2200 + 1250 bonus (As freelance)
  • • Salary after 3 months: S/.2450 + 1250 bonuses (In planilla)
  • • Contract length: 3 months renewable.
  • • Starting date: 26th of February (can be sooner)
  • • Full-time position.
  • • Schedule: Monday to Friday: office hours
