Requirements:
Grupo Noa International is looking for experienced and competent English/ Spanish Over- The- Hone and Video Interpretation trainer to provide assistance to the new candidates that are interested in becoming financial or medical interpreters. The interpretation trainer will conduct training sessions and train the new interpreters in protocol, vocabulary, HIPPA laws, medical Terminology and prepare them for a final assessment. They will train the new hires to provide accurate concepts and explanations with no additions or omissions, and according to conventions of established interpretation protocol.
The ideal candidate must be:
1. At least one year of experience as a trainer with a provide record of success.
2. Must have experience either as a medical or as a financial interpreter
3. Fluent in English and Spanish
4. Must have some knowledge about medical terminologies
5. Must be comfortable working remotely through a professional service contract
6. Must be available for 8 hours a day minimum (Monday to Friday).
Technical Requirements:
1. Minimum 4GB RAM
2. Minimum 4th gen processor (i3 ? 8GB RAM) (i5 ? 4GB RAM) (i7 ? 4GB RAM)
3. 10MB Download and 5MB Upload Speed
4. USB Headsets
5. LAN Connection
Responsibilities:
Train interpreters to successfully pass their final assessments with our clients. Must be well organized and able to meet goals and metrics.
